Bookings and PricesWe can cater for your event to suit your needs and budget by offering a wide range of venues, entertainment, food and drink you are sure of a celebration to remember!

The cost to hire the indoor entertainment complex would be as follows:

If you are bringing over 301 people int the Park for an evening function please call us and we can discuss a rate for you.

The set-up cost is £35 for the regular bar or £70 if you would also like to hire Monkey Bar Cocktails.(please can you put in here a link to Monkey bars website) If you require a late license this is £50 until 12 midnight and a further £50 until 1am.

Please see our Food and Drinks page for more information and examples of the catering options available to you. We have a wide range for all budgets, from BBQ’s to fine dining.

Additional rides for your event are £250 per ride, ride options include, Maximus Rollercoaster, Swing Boat or Carousel, which are available all year round.  Water rides are available April through to End October. 

Exclusive use of the entire park for days when the park is closed to the public is £5000. Rates for the entire park for larger evenings bookings are available upon request.

Decorations and party tableware for your chosen venue are optional extras. Your Events Coordinator can discuss your requirements with you and put together a package to meet your budgets or alternatively, you can supply you own and decorate the venue yourselves.

Our Disco fees are £250 or £300 to include karaoke.
 All events benefit from unlimited free parking.

Security Policy at Crealy Great Adventure Parks

It is the policy of Crealy Great Adventure Parks that for any Evening Event hosted at Devon’s Crealy where more than 75 people are invited (including the event organiser), Security guards for the event will be booked on a ratio of 1 guard: 75 guests.  A minimum of 2 guards are required.

This is charged at a rate of £12.50 per guard per hour plus VAT at a rate of 17.5%

Depending on the nature of the event our preferred Security Company will carry out the following security checks as they see fit:

• Management reserve right to refuse entry to the event as a result of any anti-social behaviour including line jumping, drunk, disorderly, abusive behaviour. 
• Inappropriate behaviour may result in expulsion from the event without refund.
• Security will refuse entry to anyone drunk.  Refusal to be searched will result in refusal of entry.
• Clothing and or bag searches on arrival if deemed necessary (female security staff will search females if required).
• Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol to the event, any alcohol or illegal substances found will be confiscated and destroyed.
• All events are obviously drug free.
• Alcohol is served within specified bar areas at Devon’s Crealy for over 18's only.
• Photographic Identification will be required and will only be accepted in the form of driving license, passports or Over 18 Safe cards.  Failure to produce this will result in refusal of the sale of alcohol.
   
  

First Aid Policy at Crealy Great Adventure Parks

It is the policy of Crealy Great Adventure Parks that for any Evening Event hosted at Devon’s Crealy a Qualified First Aider must be present.
 
Crealy Great Adventure Parks will assume that there is a Qualified First Aider in attendance during the evening unless otherwise stated.  It is the responsibility of the event organiser to notify Crealy if a Qualified First Aider is required, a notice period of 14 days is required in order to arrange this.
